STT’s tip of the month for September 2010

I enjoy people watching.  Recently a friend of mine asked, “Is there a reason men fasten their belts below their waists?”  We came to believe that maybe it is just another way we can avoid the truth.  Hey guys!  Dust off that tape measure and put it around your body at the level of your belly button.  The circumference of your body should be less than half your height in order to help avoid heart attacks and diabetes.
