STT on YouTube – 7-4-7

Here is a creative way to help you add intensity to your next workout. This eighteen rep protocol gets tough. Remember that small progressions over time will get you where you want to be. Your intensity and consistency will determine how soon you will get there. Adding weight, another rep, or decreasing rest time are all great ways to take another step with your strength training workouts.
