If you are curious about creative abdominal exercises utilizing your lower body as resistance, and for the advanced athletes adding more resistance, then this is an exercise that you should try next workout. For the first exercise, beginners should begin with a bench that is more horizontal. As you progress and are looking for more of a challenge, move the bench to a more vertical position. When you are looking to add some resistance or want to focus on the eccentric aspect of this exercise, find a partner and get ready for that ab shredding feeling.

  1. Good clip on lower abd exercise – its a nice pattern to add for variety. We both know lower abd ex. can be tough on lower back especially adults, stretching before and immediatly afterward seems to help my trouble clients with lower back issues. Thanks again and i enjoyed the clip.
