Have you ever heard someone ask “Do you know any good exercises to get my lower back muscles stronger, bigger, and more ripped?” Yet low back pain is prevalent in many adults. Are we not training the muscles of the lower back because of vanity? Incorporating exercises that train the back muscles may be more important than the ones that emphasis the abdominal muscles. Make sure to do the same reps and sets that you do for the muscles facing the mirror as you do for the ones that you can’t. Train all the muscles of the body with the same intensity.
