    Great exercise superset. I really like the fact that you emphasize the slow eccentric contraction. This is often overlooked. Even in talented athletes. Thanks. Have a great week.

      Thanks for adding a comment. Yes, I prefer to emphasize three aspects of a repetition: concentric, isometric, and eccentric. It helps promote a healthier muscle that is stronger through a greater range of motion. More insights and tips will be posted soon.
