STT on YouTube – Landing Mechanics

Too often I see coaches reinforcing “jump higher”. When was the last time you saw a coach break down landing and cutting techniques? Try some of these tips and drills to help your athletes perform better, and more importantly, safer, on game day. The VertiMax is a great tool to incorporate into your athlete development program. If you don’t have this tool in your box of tricks, try using Jump Stretch bands and heavy dumbbells.
