STT’s tip #2 of the month for February 2010

Take time to include something positive each day that makes you feel good.  Enjoy a good belly laugh with a friend, volunteer your time with children, and take care of your pet or even a plant.  I just got a dog and she puts a smile on my face even when taking her for a walk in the rain early in the morning.  Yep, that’s right, an absolute down pour.  Nominate me for the father of the year.
